Lab Mission Statement
Our mission is to create a learning environment where students and postdocs can acquire valuable skills while creating new knowledge. We aim to make an impact scientifically, in that we figure out how cell fate decisions are made, and translationally, in that we impact the lives of ovarian cancer patients. |
What do stem cells have to do with cancer?
Many cancer cells end up acting like stem cells. We are trying to find out how that happens and how we can change that.
